Easy and Quick Quesadillas

Quesadillas with chicken

A quesadillas can be attributed to the category of fast food, if you have tortillas, cheese, and 30-40 minutes of free time, it is safe to take on cooking a delicious Mexican dinner, because a quesadillas is a simple but very effective hot appetizer. This easy idea for dinner to decorate any event!

Ingredients

  • Chicken Fillet – 300 g
  • Yellow pepper – 1 PC.
  • Red pepper – 1 PC.
  • Red onion – 1 PC.
  • Tortillas – 4 PCs.
  • Cheese – 200-250 g
  • Vegetable oil – 5 tablespoons
  • Salt, black pepper, paprika or chili (optional) – to taste
  • Fresh parsley – few leaves (optional)
  • Avocado – 1 PC.
  • Juice of lemon or lime – 1-2 teaspoons (depending on size of avocado).

Step-by-step recipe quesadillas

Easy Quesadillas with chicken

Step 1
Chicken fillet lightly beat off on both sides, flavor (salt, black, red ground pepper).
Step 2
Fry the fillets in the pan in vegetable oil until Golden brown and tender, 7 minutes on each side. To postpone fillet, allow to cool.
Step 3
Red and yellow peppers, cut into cubes, onion – half rings.
Step 4
Fry the onions in a skillet in vegetable oil for 5-6 minutes over high heat, mixing. Add to the pan red with yellow peppers, salt, sauté until soft over average heat, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater.
Step 6
The cooled chicken fillet, cut into large cubes. On the tortilla spread 1/4 of the grated cheese, 1/2 diced chicken, 1/2 fried onions and peppers, sprinkle another 1/4 of the grated cheese. (Thus, used half of the prepared ingredients). On top you can sprinkle chopped herbs to taste.
Step 7
Heat a dry skillet on medium-low heat, lightly grease with vegetable oil. Carefully transfer the tortilla with filling into the pan. When the cheese is melted, about halfway, cover the top with a second tortilla and gently press with your hands or a spatula so the top tortilla “glued” with melted cheese, but the filling was not out at the edges.
Step 8
A rapid but careful movement, flip the quesadilla in the pan. You can do this by using two flat blades. To give the bottom tortilla to brown for 3-5 minutes.
Step 9
Remove the quesadilla from the pan, place on a flat dish and let cool slightly. Cut into 4-6 pieces. Repeat steps 6-9 with the other half of the ingredients. Serve with guacamole sauce.
Step 10
Cooking guacamole. Avocado crushed with a blender (you can also mash them with a fork), mix with the juice of lemon or lime, salt. You can add finely chopped chili pepper (to taste).
