Easy Lasagna Dinner for Two

Lasagna Bolognese – This is tasty and easy dinner idea for two known and beloved classics. A dish from those to which we return again and again, in spite of the complexity of the process. With sauce Bolognese and béchamel, baked with cheese, lasagna, will appeal to many. What exactly is it like, I don’t know. Whether a crispy cheese crust on the top layer, or a tender and juicy texture of the filling. This recipe definitely needs to be in your culinary collection!

Easy Lasagna Bolognese

Preparation time: 30 minutes.
Cooking time: 30 minutes.
Servings: 2 servings.

Ingredients for Lasagna

  • Ground beef – 500 g
  • Large onion – 1 PC.
  • Garlic – 2 cloves
  • Carrot – 1 PC.
  • Cut the tomatoes in own juice – 1 Bank
  • Fresh Basil – a bunch
  • Salt, pepper, seasoning “Italian herbs to taste”
  • Milk – 500 ml
  • Flour – 3 tablespoon
  • Salt – to taste
  • Nutmeg – a pinch
  • Butter – 40 g
  • Sheets of lasagna (use those that don’t need pre-cooking)
  • Mozzarella – 200 g

Step-by-step recipe Lasagna

Step 1
Make a meat Bolognese sauce: onions, carrots cut into cubes, garlic, chop and fry together with the mince. Season, add tomatoes, Basil, stir and stew under cover for about 10 minutes.
Step 2
To prepare the Bechamel sauce: melt the butter in a saucepan, fry the flour. Pour small amounts of hot milk. Stir thoroughly to avoid lumps. Season with salt, add a pinch of nutmeg, bring the sauce until thick.
Step 3
Build: on the bottom of the form pour a thin layer of the Bechamel sauce, put the sheets of lasagna (slightly overlapping), then the Bechamel, the next half of the Bolognese. Again sheets of lasagna-Bechamel Bolognese. Close the last layer of pasta, abundant Bechamel and top generously sprinkle with cheese. That is: 3 layers of pasta, 2 layers of filling.
Step 4
Warm the oven to 200 º C and place the lasagna for 20 minutes. Turn off oven and leave the lasagna for another 10 minutes before serve.

  1. This recipe looks so easy and tasty! I’ve never dared cooking lasagna, because I’ve thought it to be too difficult, but now I see that I was afraid in vain.
