Easy Meat and Potato Skillet

When we are hungry, we seem able to eat an entire elephant. Unfortunately, not always daily and leave us the time and effort to prepare our favorite dishes. It is in these moments we dream of delicious, quick and hearty meal without spending a lot of resources and time. Easy meat dinner ideas can solve perfectly cope with this problem in a short time!

Recipe: Meat and Potato

Preparation time: 10 minutes;
Cooking time: 35-40 minutes;
Servings: 2 servings.

Ingredients for Potato and Meat:

  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • 3 cloves of garlic;
  • 4 sprigs of rosemary;
  • 8 piece medium red potatoes;
  • 8 medium white potatoes;
  • 450 g beef fillet;
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper;
  • 4 pieces of young carrots;
  • Salt to taste;
  • 100 g young green peas.

The method of preparation meat and potato.

1. Wash potatoes and without peeling, slice in half.
2. Carrots, cut into three parts.
3. Beef tenderloin is cut into portions pieces of a thickness not exceeding 4 cm.
4. Young peas, boil in hot water for 2-3 minutes, discard in a colander and leave aside.
5. Garlic cut in half, pour in a pan 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry it until it give a flavor. After the garlic is thrown.
6. Sprinkle the meat with pepper and fry until Golden brown on all sides about 5 minutes.
7. After roasting, remove the meat to a plate.
8. To the pan, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil and fry our potatoes along with baby carrots for 5-7 minutes.
9. Thoroughly mix all of our ingredients and pour into a baking dish with thick walls, top, add sprigs of fresh rosemary.
10. Preheat the oven to a temperature of 200 degrees Celsius and sent our dish for 30-40 minutes.
11. For 5-7 minutes before end of cooking, add to our dish of green peas and sprinkle a pinch of coarse salt.
Our dish is ready. Recommend it to serve with a salad of red tomato, blue onions, red pepper and olive oil.
