Ingredients for easy pasta:

  • Spaghetti 400 g;
  • Bacon-250 g;
  • 150 ml cream 22%;
  • Parmesan cheese 50 g;
  • Egg yolk 4 pieces;
  • Garlic 2-3 cloves;
  • Olive oil 1 tablespoon;
  • Fresh Basil;
  • Salt, pepper.

The method preparation of  pasta

1. Cut the bacon strips to bacon easier to cut, place it in the freezer for 5 minutes.
2. Peel the garlic, cut in half.
3. Heat in a pan, olive oil and fry in it the garlic, after it will give a flavor, we remove it.
4. Add the bacon and fry well.
5. Parmesan RUB on a small grater.
6. In a bowl, put the egg yolks, salt, pepper and whisk well.
7. Add the cream and Parmesan cheese, mix all well.
8. Boil spaghetti until tender, in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations on the packaging. To spaghetti it turned out al dente, not convert them for 2 minutes.
9. Drain the water from the spaghetti.
10. Put hot spaghetti in the pan to the bacon, add the sauce, mix well.
Pasta Carbonara ready, place the pasta on a plate, sprinkle the top with Parmesan and chopped Basil leaves.
Recommended to serve with white wine.

Recipe # 2 Pasta with vegetables

Recipe flavored pasta with vegetables for lovers of vegetarian cuisine. The dish is healthy, tasty, easy and full of vitamin.

Preparation time: 5 minutes.
Cooking time: 25 minutes.
Servings: 2 servings.

Ingredients vegetable pasta:

  • Penne pasta 300g;
  • Celery 150 g;
  • Leek 150g,
  • Parmesan cheese 30 g;
  • Medium carrot 1pc,
  • 3 garlic cloves;
  • Broccoli 200 grams
  • Green peas 150 grams
  • Olive oil;
  • Dried spices (Basil, thyme, rosemary);
  • Salt, pepper.

The method preparation of pasta

1. Celery and carrots cut into cubes, finely chop onion, broccoli disassemble on the inflorescences, garlic cut into slices.
2. Boil in a pot of water, drop the vegetables (celery, carrots, broccoli), two minutes
3. Then heat the pan with olive oil, toss the garlic and sauté for a few minutes, when the garlic became fragrant, discard.
4. Then add celery, carrots, broccoli, onions and green peas, sauté for 3 minutes (remember, the vegetables should remain crunchy).
5. Meanwhile, open the pasta until al dente, drain.
6. Add the pasta to the vegetables in the pan, stir, season with spices (Basil, thyme, rosemary), salt, pepper to taste.
7. The pasta will keep on the fire another minute and serve.Before serving, season with Parmesan cheese.

  1. I cook pasta pretty often but my method differs a lot from these two recipes. Nethetheless, I think they are Ok.
