  1. Hi, i have simple and the best recipe for dinner – Salisbury Steak, we in my family very liked this easy and very hearty beef steak!

    2 # Ground Beef
    1/2 Cup Breadcrumbs
    1/4 Cup Prepared horseradish
    2 oz chopped Parsley
    2 Eggs whisked lightly
    1/2-Cup Heavy Cream
    2 Tbls Black Pepper
    2 Tbls Salt
    2 Red onions diced

Combine heavy cream with breadcrumbs. Then add all remaining ingredients, and mix well. Heat SautŽ pan with oil to coat pan. Form mixture into oval shaped flat steaks, sautŽ in oil, and serve with a garlic cream sauce. Excellent with Sourdough bread.
