The classic combination of pork with pineapple in a sweet and sour sauce will not leave anyone indifferent. Pork Steaks with pineapple

Preparation time: 5 minutes.
Cooking time: 25-30 minutes.
Servings: 4 servings.

Ingredients.

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 pork steak (each 200-250g)
  • Ketchup or tomato sauce 75ml
  • 1столовая spoon of brown sugar
  • 430 g canned pineapple rings
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Step-by-step recipe

Step 1
Pork steaks first, wash, then dry it, also then each piece, sprinkle with salt and season with pepper.
Step 2
Prepare sauce: Mix ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chili pepper, cumin, chopped garlic, salt, pepper (to taste). Very good all mix.
