Sometimes you want to cook something special easy, hearty and original meat for dinner. It is desirable that the preparation didn’t leave too much time. In this case, the best option is meat with pineapple. It will be fast, impressive looks and has a great taste. The classic combination of pork with pineapple in a sweet and sour sauce will not leave anyone indifferent. Pork Steaks with pineapple

Preparation time: 5 minutes.
Cooking time: 25-30 minutes.
Servings: 4 servings.


  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 pork steak (each 200-250g)
  • Ketchup or tomato sauce 75ml
  • 1столовая spoon of brown sugar
  • 430 g canned pineapple rings
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 2 cloves of garlic

Step-by-step recipe

Step 1
Pork steaks first, wash, then dry it, also then each piece, sprinkle with salt and season with pepper.
Step 2
Prepare sauce: Mix ketchup, sugar, Worcestershire sauce, chili pepper, cumin, chopped garlic, salt, pepper (to taste). Very good all mix.
