Pork Ground Meatballs and Gravy

Ingredients For meatballs:

  • 600 g of minced pork
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 small bunch of parsley
  • 2 sprigs oregano
  • 100 ml whipped cream
  • 5-7 tbsp crumbs of white bread
  • Olive oil
  • Salt, freshly ground black pepper
  • Flour
  • For the sauce:
  • 800 g chopped tomatoes in their own juice
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red chili peppers
  • Olive oil

Step-by-step recipe

Step 1
The stuffing in advance remove from the refrigerator, then allow to cool to room temperature. Pour the bread crumbs with cream and leave to swell for 15 min.

In a large bowl, mix minced meat, onion, bread crumbs with milk, chopped herbs, salt and pepper. Step 5

Step 6
Append the prepared meatballs, close the saucepan with a lid, cook for another 25 minutes, adding a little water if the sauce gets too thick. Ready meatballs to stand for 10-15 minutes. Meatballs serve with rice or boiled potatoes.
