Weight Watchers Vegetable Salad

( weight watcher recipes )

  • cauliflower
  • broccoli
  • carrots
  • celery
  • onions

Cut up in large bowl.

Dressing:

  • 1/2 cup Weight Watchers salad dressing
  • 1 c cup Weight Watchers plain yogurt
  • 4 to 6 pkg. Equal

Mix dressing into vegetables 1 hour before serving. Add bacon bits if desired.


Weight Watchers Dip

Weight Watchers Dip

  • 1 cup Weight Watchers mayo
  • 3 tbsp. skim milk
  • 2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 tsp. oregano
  • minced garlic
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 packet Sweet ‘N Low

Blend well. Chill for 1 hour. Enjoy!

  1. I adore this kind of summer salads. I always use as a dressing 2 table spoons of soya bean sauce and olive oil.
